Production Manager

Eligibility:

•  Must be a Graduate / Post graduate, or equivalent experience in film, television, animation, or gaming preferred
• Must be an Under / Post graduate, and Preferred to have equivalent education in Project Management.
• Relevant 3+ years' work experience in managing large or complex projects, or multiple projects.
• Excellent written and Spoken English
• Knowledge of project management techniques like PMI or Agile
• Excellent problem solving and analytical, planning, facilitation, administrative, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to Manage and improve our flow efficiency through evolutionary change - apply (empirically) proven tools for that purpose.
• Ability to help team to not only apply the agile practices that (can) work for us, but enable them to take ownership of their actions (empowered execution).
• An Art, Cinema buff and if u love to read you are possibly at the right place
• Must be able to work independently.
• The ability to motivate others and lead the team
• Smart with strong intuition.

Desired Candidates Skill:

• Foremost - driven by action and passionate to deliver services which are fit-for-purpose and solving problems of our (internal) customers and stakeholders.
• Knowledge and, preferably, experience with agile/project management practices.
• Knowledge and experience with Kanban method is a big plus.
• Strong drive to organize work and discipline to execute (manage the flow of work).
• Continuous Process Improvement practices
• Solid decision-making skills; ability to work independently as well as contribute to the departmental team.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to be sensitive, adaptable, professional, and articulate when dealing with others (multicultural).
• Advanced knowledge of various computer applications including Office / Google suites
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Photoshop.
• Experience with Maya and After Effects is a plus.
• Experience with Shotgun tracking software is a plus.
