What you'll do
- Preparing and connecting pipework and appliances under units, fabricating related materials, working accurately from specific drawings, and meeting daily targets while maintaining strict health, safety, and 5S standards.
- Assisting in the assembly, repair, and maintenance of production jigs, using hand and power tools, and ensuring the jig shop area of our production line has the necessary framework to operate efficiently.
- Ensure the quality standards set by the company.
- Responsible for liaising with the Supervisor and other operatives to ensure a safe and smooth running of the line.
- Is able to read & interpret technical drawings; ensure all information is in date & check revisions on latest version of drawing to avoid NCRs
- Check batch card, in good time, ensuring necessary materials are available, for relevant options that affects build
- Ensure all appropriate PPE is worn at all times when working at height
- Check all materials are fit for use & are to the correct specification before use; is able to identify materials or components built by other departments that are unfit for use or to incorrect specification
- Check all tooling is damage free & fit for use, e.g. safety features are all working
- Work to tolerances of the technical drawings and to a high standard
- Has the ability to inspect finished products to ensure compliance & high quality standards are met
- Communicate any errors or issues which could have an effect on production to the Supervisor immediately

Plumbing Operative
We are seeking a highly organised individual with previous plumbing experience, excellent time management skills, and the ability to use their own initiative.

Jig Shop / Roof Bench Operative
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on individual to support our core manufacturing processes by building and maintaining the production jigs.
Key Responsibilities: Assisting in the assembly, repair, and maintenance of production jigs, using hand and power tools, and ensuring the jig shop area of our production line has the necessary framework to operate efficiently.
Requirements: Previous experience in a workshop or production environment is preferred. You should have good practical skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

Assist with housekeeping & 5’s.
Undertake waste management duties, ensuring all recycling is processed efficiently, operating machinery where appropriate in a safe manner.
