Where You’ll Make a Difference

Operate production, processing, and packaging equipment following established procedures and production schedules.
Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot minor issues, and escalate problems when required to minimize downtime.
Perform quality checks and in-process testing to ensure products meet food safety, quality, and customer specifications.
Complete production records and documentation accurately to maintain traceability and process control.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures to prevent contamination and maintain a clean work environment.
Adhere to all Health & Safety requirements and actively contribute to a safe workplace.
Work closely with team members and support departments to achieve production targets and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist with training new operators and participate in ongoing development opportunities.

What Makes You the Right Fit

Previous experience in a manufacturing, food production, or FMCG environment preferred.

Ability to operate machinery and production equipment safely and effectively.
Good attention to detail with strong numeracy and literacy skills.
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and manual handling.
Reliable team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Flexible to work shifts when required.
