Mars Food is seeking driven and motivated individuals to join their Production crew as Production Operators working across our 8-hour rotating shift pattern. You will be the heart of the company, ensuring our products are delivered to a high standard and meeting supplier demands.

As a Mars Operator, your days will be filled with zesty smells and delicious products, you will be offered opportunities to further your career and there will never be a dull shift!  

What are we looking for?

• Manufacturing experience; desirable but not essential.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to learn & develop. 

• Attention to detail.

• A self-starter who can take instructions.

• Mechanical aptitude; desirable but not essential. 

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Safely & competently operate all equipment.

• Ensure all products are manufactured to Mars standards.

• Maintaining general housekeeping within your designated work area

• Driving improvements.

• Checking schedules to forward plan for any changes.

• Completing effective shift handovers & ensuring changeovers are done smoothly.

• Part of a shift team, contributing to the achievement of targets.
