What you'll do

  • Represent the Production Planning Department at daily operations meetings - communicating any changes or challenges to the current plan.
  • Monitor and adjust production schedules to ensure production deadlines are met while meeting all required trial requests.
  • Create and manage production work orders for multiple lines in Oracle.
  • Manage new part cut-over process across multiple production lines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date production data within Oracle, including work orders, materials, and resource utilization.
  • Work with ERP project teams to define and configure production processes, routings, BOMs, and work centers in Oracle.
  • Monitor real-time production progress using dashboards and analytics tools.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for production-related ERP issues, troubleshooting data discrepancies and workflow problems.
  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports within Oracle and BI tools to support decision-making.
  • Partner with IT and Oracle support teams for upgrades, configuration changes, and module enhancements.
  • Support Finance in managing standard costing, work order variances, and cost roll-ups within the ERP system.
  • Ensure accurate recording of material consumption, labor hours, and overhead allocations to maintain integrity of financial data.

Role Description

The Production Planner is responsible for managing and optimizing production planning, scheduling, and reporting through Oracle Fusion Cloud. The Production Planner ensures alignment across departments and drives collaboration between Operations, Supply Chain, Warehousing and Finance to achieve production goals, efficient resource planning, and costing accuracy.

What you'll do:

  • Production Scheduling & Control

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Systems, or related field.

    • 4–6 years of experience in production control, planning, or manufacturing operations.

    • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, specifically in Manufacturing, Inventory, and Costing modules.

    • Strong understanding of ERP data structures including BOMs, routings, work centers, and cost elements.
