What you'll do
- Perform complex assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic and mechanical components and systems according to established procedures and specifications.
- Operate and monitor various production machinery and equipment, including automated test equipment (ATE), ensuring optimal performance and output.
- Conduct in-process and final quality checks, identify defects, and initiate corrective actions to maintain high product standards.
- Document production activities, test results, and deviations accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to resolve production issues, improve processes, and optimize efficiency.
- Train and mentor junior operators on standard operating procedures and best practices.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet production deadlines.
