About this role

A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Google for Education’s Global Impact team creates training and community programs that have helped over 140 million students and educators use Gemini, Google Workspace for Education, Chromebooks, and other tools in the classroom.

Learning is the ongoing quest for understanding, and we made it our mission more than 20 years ago to organize the world’s information to make it universally accessible and useful. The learning landscape is changing, and the Learning and Education team's mission is to help everyone in the world learn anything in the world. We provide the information, tools, and services that help people gain knowledge, fuel curiosity, and prepare for what’s next. We focus our work to add the most value for users to enable learning for school, work, and life. We believe everyone can and should have access to quality learning experiences to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit high-quality training partners and independent facilitators across the region.
  • Review regional applications, delivering targeted feedback to help candidates meet acceptance criteria, and provide structured guidance through onboarding.
  • Serve as a partner's primary point of contact. Drive ongoing enablement by hosting new partner orientation meetings, monthly PD Partner updates, and targeted 1:1 meetings with partners for strategic projects.
  • Elevate facilitation standards by hosting upskilling workshops, creating custom training guides to fill content gaps, and directly observing workshops to deliver constructive coaching.
  • Bridge external partners and internal teams to integrate PD Partners into go-to-market strategies. Execute partner events alongside Digital Transformation, Marketing, and Channel teams.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in instructional coaching or corporate training (educational technology or K-12/higher education landscape).
  • 2 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience creating training guides, building learning materials, and delivering engaging workshops.
  • Experience with the localized educational landscape within the APAC region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing vendor, partner, or client networks, with a track record of recruiting new partners, driving enablement, and maintaining high quality standards across an external ecosystem.
  • Ability to manage complex programs, concurrent projects, and regional events. This includes experience coordinating event logistics (e.g., managing invitations, hosting, running breakouts) and aligning multiple internal and external stakeholders.
