  • Conduct rent variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost optimization
  • Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and landlords to resolve rent-related and other landlord/tenant issues efficiently
  • Enter and maintain data for Estoppel Certificates, ensuring completeness and accuracy
  • Support special projects as assigned by your supervisor, bringing analytical rigor and attention to detail

Lease Analyst

What this job involves:

As a Lease Analyst on our client-dedicated account team in Bedminster, NJ, you'll play a vital role in managing the financial and administrative complexities of commercial real estate leases. You'll work within our Lease Administration platform, supporting clients with everything from maintaining lease abstractions and tracking critical dates to managing full financial workflows including landlord invoices and reconciliation audits. What your day-to-day will look like:
