As Dean and Head of School, you will provide visionary academic and people leadership across a vibrant multidisciplinary environment spanning accounting, business information systems, finance, international business, management, marketing, strategy and entrepreneurship, and tourism.Reporting to the Executive Dean of the Faculty of Business, Economics and Law, you will set and enact a clear strategy that strengthens student demand while sustaining research excellence. Your leadership will drive the production of high-quality graduates with lasting global impact, while strengthening the School’s academic culture, operational effectiveness and long-term sustainability. You will balance external engagement with a strong focus on developing the School’s people, programs, research strengths and teaching excellence. Leading a collegial team of over 260 academic and professional staff supporting more than 11,000 students you will have the scale and capability to shape the School’s future direction and build meaningful partnerships while embedding Indigenous engagement across disciplines.
