We are looking for a Program Associate – Community Management to build an engaging and vibrant counselor community by driving learning initiatives, fostering relationships, and creating valuable opportunities for counselors across the country.
Role Overview
The Program Associate – Community Management will be responsible for planning and executing community engagement initiatives, coordinating university and industry interactions, supporting counselor retention, driving business and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the counselor journey.
Key Responsibilities
iDC One Adoption & Counselor Enablement
- Drive the adoption and effective usage of iDC One among the counselor community.
- Connect with counselors to understand their requirements and demonstrate how iDC One can support their counseling practice.
- Guide counselors in purchasing assessment codes and utilizing the platform effectively.
- Assist counselors in creating and setting up their personalized iDC One websites and profiles.
- Provide ongoing support to resolve platform-related queries and encourage regular platform usage.
- Track adoption metrics and identify opportunities to improve counselor engagement with iDC One through awareness campaigns, demos, and follow-ups.
Community Engagement
- Plan and execute monthly engagement activities, including webinars, panel discussions, networking events, and community meetups.
- Build meaningful relationships with counselors and encourage active participation within the community.
- Monitor community engagement metrics and recommend strategies to improve participation and satisfaction.
- Moderate online community platforms and facilitate discussions.
Learning & Upskilling
- Coordinate webinars, masterclasses, and expert-led sessions on career guidance, higher education, and emerging careers.
- Identify learning needs through counselor feedback and curate relevant professional development opportunities.
- Work with internal and external subject matter experts to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
University & Industry Engagement
- Coordinate university visits, campus immersion programs, and institutional partnerships for counselors.
- Liaise with universities and industry partners to organize interactions that enhance counselors' knowledge of higher education and career pathways.
- Support planning and logistics for on-ground visits and networking opportunities.
Counselor Success & Retention
- Drive initiatives to improve counselor engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
- Develop recognition programs, community campaigns, and member appreciation initiatives.
- Gather feedback from counselors and recommend improvements to community offerings.
- Track counselor participation, certifications, and engagement trends.
Program Coordination
- Manage end-to-end execution of community programs, including registrations, communication, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and dashboards related to community activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program delivery.
Communications
- Draft community announcements, newsletters, event communications, and engagement campaigns.
- Support the creation of community content, success stories, and resource-sharing initiatives.
- Ensure timely communication regarding events, opportunities, and updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Master's degree is preferred.
Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in community management, program coordination, training operations, customer success, education, or EdTech.
- Experience organizing events, webinars, or learning programs is preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong event planning and execution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with CRM and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel for university visits and community events.
