  • Maintain program calendars, deadlines, and milestones.
  • Assist with the procurement process, including researching potential vendors, preparing requisitions, and managing purchase orders.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and logistics for program meetings and conferences.
  • Manage program databases and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Prepare presentations and reports as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

  • Must be a US Citizen, possess and maintain an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
  • Proven experience supporting complex programs and projects.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice to have

  • Experience with Microsoft Project and creating/managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs)
  • Experience with procurement processes, including vendor research, requisition preparation, and purchase order management.

Leidos’ Defense Sensor’s Persistent Surveillance Portfolio is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team supporting the Persistent Surveillance Portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive program management support to ensure the program runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with program managers, engineers, government contracting officers, and play a key role in supporting the procurement process.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $73,450.00 - $132,775.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
