Responsibilities include program development, data management, education, and continuous performance improvement.
Requirements:
Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
Licensure: Current RN license in state of practice; must meet all state board requirements.
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years acute care experience in relevant specialty.
- Experience in program development, quality improvement, and patient/staff education
Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred; specialty certifications desirable.
