  • Support the joining of new recruits and coordinate visits of potential FLMs.
  • Drive enrolment of girls in educational programmes such as Open Schooling, UG, PG, and ITI based on individual development plans.

Role Summary

  •      The Program Executive - Education, Skilling & Engagement will support the delivery of programmes within Arvind Foundation’s Prgrammes function.
  •      This role focuses on coordinating education and skilling activities, supporting participant engagement, and ensuring smooth execution of assigned programme tasks.
  •      The position involves working with internal teams, external agencies, and volunteers to help drive enrolment, track progress, and maintain programme documentation and reporting.
