Program Lead
Job-Type: Full-time direct hire position.
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (onsite only)
Work authorization: US Citizen or US Green Card only
Pay: $65K base per year
Hours: Monday-Friday (various shift times start early as 7:30am EST and end as late as 8:30pm EST)
We’re looking for a Program Lead to oversee daily data collection operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and achieve Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You’ll serve as the primary site contact, partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, resolve issues, and improve performance. The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
