Program Management Specialist

The Opportunity:

As a senior program management specialist, you understand how essential structured scheduling, clear communication, and disciplined coordination are in supporting high‑visibility installation programs. We need an experienced program management professional who can apply analytical skill, organizational awareness, and proactive oversight to strengthen local program execution for the Marine Corps.

On our team, you will maintain the local Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) on a weekly basis, update automated project tracking dashboards, and prepare Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) that give government leaders clear visibility into the project’s ongoing design, construction, and sustainment activities. You will coordinate planning, programming, design, and construction milestones, support documentation, studies, scheduling, scoping, and funding actions, and engage with Public Works and facility maintenance stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure projects remain aligned with government requirements.

You Have:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
