  • Support third-party carrier rate management activities, including monitoring fuel surcharge mechanisms, tracking contractual compliance, and escalating commercial issues to the carrier management team.
  • Manage the onboarding process for Delivery Associates, coordinate partner system access setup, and develop strategic staffing plans for peak periods to ensure adequate workforce coverage.
  • Support new site launches by coordinating end-user equipment installation, verifying partner readiness, and ensuring driver onboarding is completed to the required standard.

Amazon is seeking a talented and driven Program Manager to join our Third-Party Transportation team, where you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising the operational performance of External Delivery Service Partners and third-party commercial carriers across the Amazon delivery network.

In this role, you will drive day-to-day operational excellence across our existing sites, as well as supporting new site launches as the network expands.
