Program Manager - AI Transformation

Hyderabad, IndiaFull-timeSenior · 8-12 years

About this role

MediaMint Combined — MediaMint, DataBeat, and Taktical Digital, 3,000 people across Hyderabad and New York — is
transforming into a Native Agentic company. The Chief Transformation Officer owns the vision, governance, and
execution oversight for AI and agentic adoption across all three companies.
This is a senior program management role. You convert a leadership declaration into a running program: you own the
plan, the operating cadence, the tracking, and the outcomes. You drive every initiative to closure, negotiate with senior
leaders across three companies, and own the single source of truth on transformation progress. When the CTO is with
clients or in the market, you keep the engine running, and you speak with his authority.
We are looking for someone from the media, AdTech, or digital marketing services ecosystem: a program leader who
understands how these businesses run and earns credibility with delivery teams from day one.
This is not a coordination job. It is an ownership job with visible sponsorship from the CEO, COO, and CTO.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
• Program governance and cadence: run the transformation operating cadence: monthly scorecard, quarterly goal
reviews, and milestone tracking across every initiative and owner.
• The single view (PMO): own the central registry of every agentic initiative across the three companies: what is being
built, by whom, with what outcome. Leadership should never feel randomized again.
• Cross-project intelligence and reuse: develop a live perspective on what is working and what is not across every
initiative, and tune accordingly. Build a central repository of skills and reusable assets, keep the best of each
company travelling to the others, and stop teams from building the same thing twice.
• Benefit realization and measurement: stand up the measurement layer on live solutions. Lock baselines, track
realized benefit against them, and move the program off in-progress and onto reported outcomes.
• Efficiency goal rollout: drive the 20 to 30 percent delivery efficiency goal into the field: baselines locked,
measurement running, exceptions surfaced, progress reported.
• Delivery risk and dependency management: own the top program risks to resolution. Manage client dependency as
the leading risk driver, and drive operating-model re-engineering on at-risk solutions where the fix is a way of
working, not just a technical change.
• Adoption and AI fluency programs: launch and oversee programs like AI Champions, hackathons, and other
initiatives that make AI a natural way of working. Build a base of AI-fluent adopters and influencers, and move
MediaMint toward being genuinely AI native.
• Leadership communication: prepare board-ready updates, town hall content, and the CTO briefing materials. Draft
first, polish fast, no fluff.
• Blocker escalation: when an initiative stalls on access, tooling, bandwidth, or a decision, chase it to resolution or
escalate with a recommendation, not a status report.

WHO YOU ARE
• 8 to 12 years of experience, with at least 3 in program management, PMO, transformation, strategy, or chief-of-staff
roles in a services, consulting, SaaS, or AdTech environment.
• Media / AdTech ecosystem background is important: you have worked in or around programmatic, AdOps,
publisher monetization, performance marketing, or media technology, and you understand how these businesses
run. Strong transformation operators from adjacent services worlds will also be considered.
• You have run programs across multiple senior stakeholders and can hold your own with directors and VPs: push
back, negotiate, and close without needing the sponsor in the room.
• Real, hands-on AI credibility: you use agentic tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) in your own work weekly and can
demo something you have built or automated. You can sit with builders and judge whether a solution is demo-grade
or production-grade, because you have done the work, not read about it. You will be tested on this.
• You govern from experience, not theory: you know that anyone can automate the happy path and the value is in
the exceptions, and that an agent should not grade its own work. You can challenge whether a solution can actually
run the business.
• Structured to a fault: you turn ambiguity into plans, plans into trackers, and trackers into decisions. You measure
what matters and kill vanity metrics.
• Relationship builder and connector: you build trust across teams and act as the central liaison for AI practice
development and adoption across the group.
• High ownership, low ego: you are happy for initiative owners to get the credit while you make the whole system
work.

STRONG PLUSES
• Hands-on experience rolling out AI or agentic programs: copilots, automation platforms, or adoption initiatives.
• Experience standing up PMO, measurement, or benefit-realization frameworks from scratch.
• Experience working across India and US teams and time zones.
• MBA or equivalent: useful, not required. Evidence of shipped outcomes beats credentials.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE — FIRST 2 QUARTERS

30 days - Operating cadence live. Central registry and skills repository v1 populated across all three companies.
Efficiency baseline methodology locked with Delivery.

90 days - Scorecard publishing on schedule. Every delivery director has a nominated AI champion. AI Champions
and repository programs running. Measurement layer live on the first set of solutions.

180 days - A stream of agents deployed for internal efficiency, with gains measured against baseline. Agentic
governance framework developed and adopted. AI Champions and central repository programs
running successfully, with duplicate builds cut and reuse visible across projects. POC to production
conversion tracked. The CTO is spending measurably less time on program mechanics and more on
strategy and clients.

WHY THIS ROLE
• Rare vantage point: you see and shape the AI transformation of an entire 3,000-person group, three companies and
ten countries, from the sponsor's seat.
• Direct exposure to the CEO, COO, and the leadership of all three companies from week one.
• The transformation is funded, sponsored, and declared. You are not selling the idea internally; you are making it real.
• Clear growth path: this role is designed to grow into a transformation or business leadership position as the program
scales.
