Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Director – Program Management with a strong background in managing large, complex digital transformation programs within the Government/Public Sector ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with senior government stakeholders, consulting teams, technology partners, and cross-functional delivery teams to successfully execute mission-critical initiatives.
This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional stakeholder management skills, strong program governance capabilities, and the ability to drive execution across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Program Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Coordinate with implementation partners, technology vendors, and consulting teams.
  • Support procurement planning, vendor governance, and contract execution.
  • Monitor partner performance and ensure adherence to agreed deliverables.

Leadership

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across consulting, technology, product, and operations.
  • Foster collaboration, accountability, and a high-performance culture.
  • Support talent development and capability building within the program management function.

Required Qualifications
