- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional product development projects through full lifecycle
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and best practices (Agile, Stage-Gate, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate alignment and influence within matrix organization
- Ability and confidence to communicate with an executive audience
- Proven ability to influence indirect reports to achieve required task.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage at all levels
- Experience with project management software (Smartsheets, MySupply, Excel)
- Financial and business understanding for budget management and business case development
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Strategic perspective combined with implementation capabilities
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed

- Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Life Sciences or related
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred
