Program Manager, Robotics

Key job responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end program delivery for cross-functional projects, including defining goals, setting milestones, tracking progress, and proactively mitigating risks to keep efforts on schedule and within scope.
- Identify and engage the right stakeholders across teams, building alignment on priorities, resolving conflicting perspectives, and driving crisp decisions that accelerate progress.
- Evaluate business requirements, define key performance indicators, and establish success metrics to measure program outcomes and inform continuous improvement.
- Apply process improvement methodologies to streamline workflows, increase team productivity, and reduce operational complexity across your program area.
- Leverage generative artificial intelligence tools where appropriate to augment program analysis, documentation, and reporting while maintaining responsible practices.

A day in the life
You start your morning reviewing program dashboards and identifying any blockers that need immediate attention. By mid-morning, you are facilitating a working session with partner teams to align on delivery timelines for an upcoming milestone. After lunch, you draft a program update narrative for leadership, synthesizing data from multiple sources into a clear story. Later, you connect with a vendor to resolve an open dependency, then wrap up by mentoring a teammate on stakeholder communication techniques.

Basic Qualifications

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
