  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute category strategy

You are a service orientated individual who is excited to be a part of a growing organization. You have experience with Category Management and are looking for the opportunity to continue your learning and drive change within the plumbing, HVAC/R and industrial wholesale industry.

Located at Wolseley Canada’s Burlington, Ontario corporate offices and reporting into the Category Manager, you will be accountable and responsible for managing the execution of all category programs that support the category strategy.  Activities include planogram development & execution, promotional flyers, merchandising plans and  product launches The purpose of the position is to be execution focused, create value and results while mitigating risk through timely contract implementation.

The Program Specialist understands external variables, requirements and the priorities of our branches and develops relationships to successfully develop execution plans that are easy to execute at a national or regional level  across our branches, showrooms and e-commerce properties.

Compensation: "68,000 to $78,000 Base Salary + 10% Bonus" Total comp: $72,000 to $85,8000
