What you'll do
- Own Viva Insights configuration and customisation, including custom dashboards, group definitions, benchmark selection, and retention and consistency views.
- Own usage and adoption tracking across all seven tenants, including the cross-tenant aggregation layer that Viva Insights does not provide.
- Build and maintain the Power BI reporting estate and the data model beneath it.
- Integrate Workday organisational data to enable cluster, region and job-family reporting cuts.
- Reconcile key performance indicators across readiness, adoption and impact so published figures tie out.
- Maintain the value calculation and interrogate the assumptions beneath it.
- Produce the monthly executive reporting pack to a fixed cycle and support delivery across the opportunity pipeline.
What they're looking for
- Five or more years in data analytics, business intelligence or programme measurement in a multinational environment.
- Strong Power BI capability, able to build, model and maintain reporting solutions rather than simply consume dashboards.
- Demonstrable data modelling skill, with confidence integrating multiple sources into one reporting view.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with Microsoft 365 administrative or reporting data.
- Excellent written English and reliable working overlap with London hours.
- Delivery mindset: this is a data role with delivery responsibility, not a programme office role that also produces reports.
Nice to have
- Direct Viva Insights experience
- Workday data experience
- Prior involvement in a Copilot or Microsoft 365 rollout
- Prior WPP or holding-company experience

Why we're hiring:
WPP is accelerating the adoption of AI across the enterprise, investing in a portfolio of strategic initiatives designed to transform how work gets done across our global business.
Within Enterprise Technology, we're enabling this transformation by building the platforms, capabilities and operating models that will power the next generation of work. From Microsoft Copilot and intelligent automation to emerging AI technologies and agentic workflows, we're embedding AI into the fabric of how WPP operates globally.
We're looking for a Programme Manager (Value & Delivery) to help us understand, measure and evidence the impact of AI across the organisation.
This role sits at the centre of WPP's Enterprise AI adoption and measurement capability. You'll own the data, reporting and analytics that enable senior leaders to understand how AI is being adopted, where value is being created and what actions are needed to accelerate impact.
We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical and data modelling expertise with a delivery mindset. You'll be responsible for building trusted executive reporting, integrating data from multiple sources and ensuring adoption, usage and value metrics stand up to scrutiny. If you enjoy turning complex datasets into actionable insight and want to play a key role in one of WPP's most important transformation programmes, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the recurring cadence of adoption, utilisation and value reporting, ensuring weekly and monthly reporting cycles are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Track licence utilisation and adoption across the Enterprise AI estate, helping identify optimisation opportunities and supporting investment decisions.
- Maintain benefits and ROI tracking against agreed business cases, ensuring evidence, assumptions and outcomes are clearly documented.
- Coordinate activity across the Enterprise AI opportunity pipeline, tracking progress, dependencies, actions and risks to ensure initiatives keep moving forward.
- Support use-case intake and assessment processes, helping prioritise opportunities and ensuring requests are routed effectively through governance and delivery pathways.
- Oversee the configuration and maintenance of adoption and measurement reporting, including Viva Insights and related analytics platforms.
- Maintain programme governance artefacts, including RAID logs, action trackers, status reports and delivery plans.
- Prepare clear, concise reporting and updates for stakeholders, providing visibility of progress, risks, issues and outcomes.
- Work closely with programme, delivery, governance and business teams to ensure activities remain aligned and focused on measurable value.
- Help identify process improvements and opportunities to strengthen the efficiency and effectiveness of the Enterprise AI operating model.
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 adoption programmes or digital transformation initiatives.
- Working familiarity with Viva Insights, Power BI and workforce analytics platforms.
- Experience in programme management, programme delivery, business analysis or benefits tracking within a complex organisational environment.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders while maintaining strong attention to detail and delivery discipline.
- Comfort working with data, metrics and reporting, with the ability to validate, explain and challenge information rather than simply present it.
- Strong organisational skills, with experience maintaining reporting cycles, governance artefacts and programme documentation.
- Analytical curiosity and a desire to understand the drivers behind performance, adoption and business outcomes.
- Experience working with reporting and analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor information for both operational and senior stakeholder audiences.
- A proactive, self-directed approach with the confidence to drive actions, follow through on deliverables and keep programmes moving.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to produce clear, professional status reporting and programme updates.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of benefits tracking, value realisation or programme performance measurement.
- Microsoft AZ-900, DP-900, PMP, PRINCE2 or similar qualifications.
- Experience working within a global organisation and coordinating distributed teams across multiple regions.
