What You’ll Do

The LAUNCH Apprenticeship Network is a member of the Collaborative Impact team of the Foundation for California Community Colleges and supports meaningful connections between students and employers in California through work-based learning and support services. It works closely with LAUNCH's Programs, Operations, Compliance, and Regional teams, as well as Riverside City College staff, to ensure timely communication, accurate data management, and consistent implementation of LAUNCH sponsor processes. This position does not perform college personnel or labor functions, but instead supports sponsor-related processes, system administration, recordkeeping, and operational coordination.

  • Program Operations & Coordination: Coordinate apprentice onboarding by tracking completion of onboarding requirements, collecting required documentation, and preparing apprentice records for registration, and coordinate communication between the LAUNCH Programs team and Riverside City College by following up with apprentices and college staff

  •   Apprentice Records & Data Management: Enter, maintain and process Riverside City College apprenticeship tracking spreadsheets, operational records, supporting documentation and LAUNCH systems

  •   Apprentice Support:  Coordinate the collection and organization of apprentice evaluations, completion documentation, and other required program records to support apprentice progress and compliance, and direct apprentices to the appropriate LAUNCH staff or college resources.
