  • Prepares and manages multi-client project plans through completion.
  • Provides data analysis, including identifying and recognizing trends, across multiple offices for national client operations.

  • Assists Operations Manager/Program Managers to resolve issues that arise involving client as appropriate.
  • Delivers oral and written presentations of project results and responses to disability and leave RFP questions.
  • Develops and provides training to management and colleagues as needed.
  • Transitions program to management personnel.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To manage, support and service multi-client project assignments through completion; to administer procedures and processes that measure and manage customer satisfaction, client retention and new client recruitment; to identify, analyze and report trends across multiple clients and offices; and to provide interpretation of report information and make recommendations for improvement to the leadership team.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Licensing: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required. Major in Business Administration, Statistics or Quantitative Analysis and courses in Computer Science preferred.

Experience: Six (6) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include two (2) years leading quality initiatives and data intensive projects, two (2) years of claims operations, and two (2) years of general business experience with emphasis on data analysis and TQM and/or quality tools.

As required by law, Sedgwick provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency in job postings. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $50,000 - $60,000.00/year.  A comprehensive benefits package is offered including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, 401k and matching, PTO, disability and life insurance, employee assistance, flexible spending or health savings account, and other additional voluntary benefits.
