What you'll do

  • Support the Process Excellence pillar agenda, translating the COO transformation strategy into a prioritised, sequenced programme of process improvement initiatives.
  • Lead end-to-end process mapping and diagnostics across COO-managed workflows, quantifying inefficiencies, duplication, rework, and handoff delays.
  • Design and implement simplified target-state processes, ensuring changes are embedded and sustained through updated procedures, controls, and training.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of simplification initiatives, tracking throughput improvements, cycle-time reduction, and capacity release outcomes against agreed targets.
  • Oversee deployment of process mining tooling, using data-driven insights to surface improvement opportunities at scale.
  • Partner with IWPB Business Managers, Transformation Leads, and CIB Division COOs to align simplification priorities with business demand, capacity constraints, and dependencies.
  • Set practice standards and develop capability for the Process Excellence Business Analyst, ensuring consistent methodology and high-quality analytical output.
  • Represent the Simplify & Rewire pillar in senior COO/CEO governance forums, providing concise, delivery-grounded updates on progress, risks, decisions required, and outcomes.

  • Degree-level education (or equivalent).

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Project and Programme Management.

In this role you will:

To be successful you will need:
