About the Role

The Project Assistant – Finance Administration is an integral part of Latham’s Finance Administration team. This role will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and project support to the Global Finance leadership team, including the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Deputy Chiefs, Directors, and broader leadership team, while serving as a trusted liaison and primary point of contact for Finance leadership, coordinating inquiries, communications, materials, and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders while exercising sound judgment and discretion. This role will be located in our Global Services Office (GSO) in Downtown Los Angeles. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Exhibit professional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm
  • Possess the ability to work in a team environment with a customer-service focus
  • Demonstrate organizational skills to manage time well, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple deadlines

And have:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • A Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or equivalent), preferably
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience performing administrative duties and coordinating projects or initiatives in a professional services or project management environment
