We are looking for
Project Controller (m/f/d)
at our locations in EMEA region - Germany (Reutlingen), Hungary (Budaörs)
Your tasks:
You will play a key roll in the development and implementation of our new Global Project Controlling concept
Business Partner to the Project-Teams, Interface to Functional Heads and Technical supervision to the Project Controller.
Support to develop, implement and improve Project Controlling Governance (Processes, Systems, Reports) in the Regions and Plants.
Interface to Global Controlling to improve and mature processes. Further development of existing controlling instruments.
Collaboration on monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
Support of forecast and budget processes.
Support global customizing for all Financial Systems related to Project Controlling.
Prepare and organize work instructions and project descriptions in necessary languages, give trainings on Project Controlling Processes, Concepts and System within the Regions and Plants.
University degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling or equivalent qualification
Relevant professional experience in project controlling of an industrial company is desirable
Experience in manufacturing environment (experience in automotive is an advantage)
Business fluent English skills (German is an advantage)
Soft skills: Great interest in business topics combined with strategic thinking. Strong analytical skills. Stability and assertiveness vis-à-vis top management. High self-motivation paired with strong communication skills including moderation and presentation skills
Technical knowledge: SAP FI / CO / PS (desirable). Microsoft 365. BI Tools (Qlik, PowerBI etc.). Teamcenter
Willingness to travel (20% yearly)
