This role is based in Fort McMurray and supports a major turnaround project with rotational work schedules.

At Ledcor, it’s not just about the project—it’s about building a meaningful career with a team that values integrity, teamwork, and pride in craftsmanship. When you join our True Blue team, you’re part of something bigger.

  • Support change management and tracking of scope adjustments
  • Ensure compliance with project controls procedures and standards

Qualifications:

  • Experience in project controls, cost control, or scheduling within industrial construction

  • Proficiency with scheduling and cost tools (e.g., Primavera, Excel)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Strong communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Work Conditions:

  • Site-based position in Fort McMurray, AB
