  • Identification and management of Schedule and Cost Control risk.
  • Providing regular reports to the Project team and Executive team on schedule and cost performance.
  • Manage Project Controls staff to ensure timely accurate status reports.
  • Trend analysis and delay recovery identification.
  • Overseeing, directing and supporting the project control and schedule teams to ensure early problem identification and the development of recovery plans.
  • Command the respect of the Bid teams, Joint Venture partners and Executive team on Project Controls matters.
  • Advise on Project Controls strategy for successful project execution.
  • Provide Project Controls start-up services which may involve extended periods on site whilst systems are established and implemented.

ACCIONA Construction USA, part of the SR 400 Peach Partners consortium, have been awarded the contract to design and construct the SR 400 Express Lanes project in Atlanta, Georgia. This $4.6 billion project, awarded by the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT), is a key public-private partnership aimed at addressing congestion on a major highway in the Atlanta metropolitan area.

The Project Controls Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing project controls systems, including planning, scheduling, cost management, and performance monitoring for construction projects. This role involves coordinating with project teams, providing insights into project performance, and ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
