We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Project

Coordinator will be responsible for supporting project managers and teams in planning, executing, and monitoring projects

from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail,

and the ability to multitask effectively.

• Possess strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

• Support Project Managers in creating project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Coordinate project tasks and data to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

• Track project progress and share regular updates with project owners.

• Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.

• Organize and conduct project meetings and calls, and prepare consultants in advance.

• Work with team members to identify and resolve project issues and risks.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and update records in tracking sheets.

• Prepare project status reports and presentations.

• Coordinate with the engineering team to arrange required materials and services.

• Help implement project management best practices and improve processes.
