Project coordinator

Coordinate and oversee the implementation of the Prachodhanam Project activities across assigned locations. Plan, organize, and monitor vocational training programs for beneficiaries. Ensure timely achievement of project goals, targets, and deliverables. Coordinate with vocational trainers, beneficiaries, families, and community stakeholders. Conduct beneficiary assessments, enrollments, and progress tracking. Maintain project records, attendance, reports, and other required documentation. Monitor the quality and effectiveness of vocational training activities. Organize awareness programs, workshops, exhibitions, and community engagement activities. Prepare periodic project reports and submit updates to management and funding agencies as required. Support beneficiaries in skill development, job placement, self-employment, and livelihood opportunities.
