Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a remote, contract Project Coordinator (EDGAR, SEC) with a high level of professionalism, quick learning and application skills, excellent attention to detail, solid computer skills, and strong organizational skills. In this role, you will be responsible for supplemental processing of companies’ financial documents in an HTML format, for filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. This will be within the EDGAR Compliance and Disclosure spaces.

This is a temporary contract position expected to last approximately 12 months, with the possibility of extension and conversion to permanent. The hours will be 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM Central Time, Monday - Friday. This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.

Compensation is $20.00 per hour. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
