What you'll do
- Coordinate ICAT building systems including Building Automation, Structured Cabling, Converged Networks, Digital Lighting, Nurse Call, RTLS, Access Control, CCTV, Intercoms, Audio/Visual, Power Metering, Motorized Blinds, Integrated Doors, Elevators, and related technologies.
- Support project planning, scheduling, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and owner training activities.
- Coordinate drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, site instructions, and design changes to ensure compliance, manage document control, and eliminate conflicts.
- Track onsite installation progress, telecom room readiness, and field activities, working closely with site supervision to proactively identify risks and schedule impacts.
- Assist with project cost tracking, change management, billing reviews, quality reporting, and overall reporting for ICAT scopes.
- Coordinate integration activities across building systems using open protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, APIs, and SDKs.
- Support commissioning, functional performance testing, temporary power/cooling requirements, and the readiness of computer rooms and telecom spaces.
- Maintain strong day-to-day relationships with clients, consultants, trade partners, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure deliverables and deadlines are achieved.
- Develop and maintain project tracking tools, reports, and documentation to support successful project execution.

You as a Project Coordinator will:

The salary range for this role is $70,000-$80,000
