What you'll do
- Act as the key liaison between Project Management, Engineering, Finance, Sales Administration, and Business Office teams.
- Lead the annual R&D budgeting process and ensure alignment with long-term project commitments.
- Monitor budget, forecast, and financial performance, driving corrective actions when needed.
- Validate and track upfront project invoice payments.
- Ensure accurate integration of RFQ inputs and project cost changes.
- Manage monthly financial reporting across assigned perimeters.
- Organize and participate in monthly project performance reviews.
- Oversee cost provisions, internal controls, and financial governance compliance.
