- Provide analysis of cost performance, highlighting risks, variances, and areas requiring corrective action.
- Support monthly forecasting activities in partnership with finance to maintain alignment between reported costs and business expectations.
- Maintain documentation related to change management, including budget changes, scope additions, and cost impacts.
- Support consistent cost tracking practices in line with reporting and control requirements.
- Coordinate with project teams where maintenance activity interfaces with wider project work to support accurate cost separation.
- Assist with audit support and closeout documentation to maintain complete and accurate historical records.

This Project Controls Specialist opportunity is suited to a technically strong professional with experience in maintenance planning and cost control within an industrial environment. The Project Controls Specialist will play a key role in supporting cost tracking, reporting, forecasting, and financial control across routine maintenance activity.
