What you'll do
- Lead and support engineering activities, delivering projects on time and within budget
- Review client specifications and translate them into clear project requirements
- Design of TCP End fittings by performing of material assessment, review of steel components manufacturing and general arrangement drawings, etc.
- Technical contract management of suppliers of TCP main ancillaries transport equipment
- Coordinate with procurement, testing, field service, and other teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Prepare manuals, handling guides, and FAT procedures and reports
- Provide offshore support during installation and deployment when required
What they're looking for
- Degree in Mechanical, Marine, Offshore, or Subsea Engineering (or equivalent)
- 5+ years’ experience in offshore energy or oil & gas, with strong project engineering skills
- Solid knowledge of offshore standards (DNV, API, ISO, NORSOK)
- Hands-on experience in offshore engineering and installation methods; Orcaflex knowledge is a plus
- Skilled in subcontract management and coordination of ancillary equipment
- Familiar with offshore markets such as subsea well intervention, pre-commissioning, and SURF
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a bonus
- Offshore-ready mindset — willing to travel when needed
