- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in production engineering within heat exchanger or pressure vessel manufacturing
- Strong understanding of ASME, PED, and fabrication codes.
- Proven leadership experience in managing large teams and cross-functional coordination.
- Proficient in production planning tools, ERP systems, and CAD/CAM interfaces.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred).
- Language – English mandatory (German will be a plus)
