The role

• Full Time, Fixed Term (until December 2027)
• Level 7 - $101,421 to $110,819 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
• Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange or Wagga Wagga. Other locations / arrangements also considered upon application.

As the Project Events and Engagement Officer, you will support the successful delivery of a major university project through coordination of events, stakeholder engagement activities, communications, and administrative processes. Working collaboratively with project team members, you will help ensure stakeholders are informed, connected, and engaged while supporting the implementation of project outcomes.

• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder communication skills
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Skilled in leveraging digital platforms to improve communication, collaboration, and administrative efficiency

This position is available as a fixed term appointment or, for eligible employees, as a secondment.
