Project Leader

As Project Manager I&A, you are responsible for the preparation, implementation and completion of several computerization projects. You draw up project plans, organize kick-offs, ensure support and monitor the agreed results. You supervise tenders, implementations and migrations and transfer delivered components to the management organization. You work together with specialists from Informatization, ICT and Information Management and coordinate with stakeholders from the business. Tasks and responsibilities: Preparation and preparation of project plans including kick-off Achieving project results according to approved plans Supervising tenders, implementations, upgrades and migrations Carrying out project evaluations and transfer to management organization Coordinating with specialists and stakeholders for support and assurance Requirements HBO/WO working and thinking level At least 5 years of experience with I&A project management At least 2 years of experience within government or municipality At least 2 years of experience as a project leader in IT issues Demonstrable experience with implementation of MS Teams Rooms, reservation systems and digital signage Advantages: Experience with the realization of I&A components in architectural projects Experience with project management methodologies such as Prince2 Structured and result-oriented Competences: Proactive and approachable Ability to create support at multiple levels Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Analytical skills.
