Project Leader - Project Management role for Chassis / Integration ( 8-12 yrs Exp )

Engineering services: Comprehensive design, engineering, and validation capabilities for complete vehicle development projects: CAD, CAE and testing of all major vehicle functionalities. Proving grounds: The most comprehensive proving grounds in Europe and Asia, located in Spain and China. Both test tracks offer excellent customer support and facilities that provide the highest standards of safety and confidentiality. Homologation services in accordance with all European EC and ECE Regulations. Job Description

1. Experience in Program Management in OEM/Tier 1/ESP environment.
2. Expertise in managing overall Chassis Program including Suspension, Steering, Brakes, Structural, Frames, Wheels, Tires, Mounts etc. 
3. Experience in Vehicle Integration / Issue Resolution specifically in Chassis / Top-Hat zones.
4. Exposure to CAE Load cases applicable / Regulatory requirements etc
5. Well versed in Vehicle Test Management ( Component , Subsystem , Module & Vehicle Level )
6. Exposure to Product development stages
7. Experience in negotiating with Cross Functional Teams/ Front ending with Clients.
8. Awareness/exposure of Industry 4.0 / Industry X.
9. Good skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
10. Very good communication skill.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
