Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:Conduct structural analysis and design for diverse civil engineering projects.Collaborate with government authorities (e.g., NH & NHAI) for drawing approvals and project compliance.Prepare detailed structural drawings and specifications.Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards during design and construction.Conduct site visits to monitor progress and compliance with design specifications.Perform structural assessments and evaluations of existing structures.Prepare and present technical reports and project documentation to stakeholders.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.12–15 years of structural engineering experience in civil engineering projects.Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, AutoCAD).Strong knowledge of bridge codes, engineering standards, and government regulations.Hands-on experience with vehicle underpasses, road over bridges, girder launching, and retaining walls.Experience liaising with government departments such as Railway and NHAI.Ability to check measurements and prepare bills.Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
