Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:Supervise the construction of a large-scale residential high-rise apartment project (500+ flats).Ensure timely execution and quality control at every stage of the project.Possess in-depth knowledge of Mivan Formwork construction methods and implementation.Hire and manage skilled construction teams, engineers, supervisors, and contractors for project execution.Coordinate with vendors, architects, and consultants to ensure seamless project progression.Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.Preferred Candidate Profile:8+ years of experience in high-rise residential construction with a strong background in Mivan Formwork.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project execution skills.Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and drive project success.Compensation:Fixed Salary: ₹90,000 - ₹1,10,000 per month.
