Job Overview

At Clinisys, we're looking for a Project Manager to deliver complex software implementation projects for NHS and private healthcare organisations across the UK, primarily supporting our ICE Order Communications solution.

We're specifically seeking candidates with experience managing customer-facing software projects whilst working for a software vendor, supplier or technology provider. Healthcare experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the full lifecycle of software implementation projects from initiation through to go-live and customer handover.

  • Owning project plans, timelines, risks, budgets and resource coordination.

  • Working closely with customers, internal delivery teams and third-party suppliers.

  • Leading project meetings, governance activities and customer communications.

  • Providing regular project status updates and delivery reporting.

  • Supporting software go-lives and transition to support teams.

  • Managing multiple concurrent software implementation projects at any one time.

Essential Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Project Manager delivering customer facing software implementation projects throughout the full project lifecycle

  • Experience working for a software vendor, supplier or technology provider.

  • Experience managing challenging stakeholders.

  • Experience managing project plans, budgets, resources, risks and issues.

  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2.

  • Experience using project planning and project management tools.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience delivering healthcare software projects.

  • Experience working with the NHS or private healthcare organisations.

  • Experience delivering order comms, EPR solutions or other diagnostics /laboratory software implementation projects

  • Familiarity with ICE order comms solution would be advantageous.

Additional Information

  • Remote-based role with occasional customer travel.

  • Standard 40-hour working week.

  • Weekend go-live activities may occasionally be required and are planned in advance.

  • Opportunity to work on complex healthcare technology implementations used across healthcare organisations throughout the UK.

This role requires a working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and the ability to leverage them to improve processes and outcomes. A core understanding of AI concepts is required and must be able to demonstrate the use of AI tools in a professional setting.

Onboarding
As part of our onboarding process, all new employees will be required to attend / travel to the office on their first day of employment. This requirement is essential for onboarding activities, including the identity verification, completion of necessary documentation, receiving your IT equipment, introductions to key team members, and orientation to Clinisys policies and procedures.
