What you'll do
- Working with project teams (including program teams if applicable), gathering status, assisting in resolving issues surrounding projects
- Organize and lead daily scrum calls, co-ordinate issue resolutions, provide reports on iteration status and ensure all ITUP processes and deliverables are met
- Host project meetings, working sessions to resolve issues, attend status calls with leadership as well as program status calls if applicable
- Ability to understand and complete financial reports on a monthly basis (budget management)
- Maintain ITUP PRISM project work, Workbook updates, and project timelines
