The Project Manager leads the administration, execution, and delivery of commercial heating and cooling equipment projects, ensuring exceptional customer outcomes. The ideal candidate is a resourceful problem-solver who can oversee a large portfolio of projects, think beyond day‑to‑day tasks, and collaborate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and customers.

Pay Range: $72,000-$85,000. The compensation range for this role is determined by factors such as experience, education, and job-related skills.
This position is eligible for full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and retirement options.

Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 3 years of project management, HVAC, mechanical, or construction-related experience.
