Your new company is a leading Irish construction company. The company operates nationwide on contracts ranging up to €100m in various sectors, including Education, Leisure & Hospitality, Health, Residential, Industrial, Commercial and Retail. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and hard-working individual to join a progressive and reputable company and one of Ireland's leading contractors. Due to their continued development and expansion, they are seeking a Project Manager to strengthen and enhance their team. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to develop and bring added value to your career. They will also have other requirements coming up for a Site Engineer, Site Manager and Quantity Surveyor. Opportunities exist in Galway, Clare, Limerick and Mayo.
Responsibilities of Project Manager:

- Must be an excellent communicator and have previous experience working on high-quality medium-and large-scale public and private contracts in various sectors: – Residential/Pharma/Commercial/Education/Health.

- You will be degree qualified in civil engineering / construction management. Trade background will also be considered.
- You will have 5+ years’ proven experience of working with a medium or large-sized main building contractor in a project manager role.
- You must be capable of taking responsibility for a large project, ensuring the delivery of the project within time, cost and budget.
- You will be reporting to a Contracts Manager or Director who will support you in your role.
- Programming and method statement writing experience would be beneficial.
