Below is the job description for open position

Main Missions of the Position

• Facilitate projects to meet objectives that align with company goals and product requirement specifications provided by the customer, sales, or Marketing team
• Facilitate the alignment of customer requirements with Linxens’ product offering, design rules, and process capabilities; identify and communicate potential gaps and facilitate the development of appropriate solutions with relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitate project execution to ensure that project cost, schedule, and product quality meet the specified requirements and targets, and that all necessary project and technical documentation, such as product drawings and specifications, is properly established and maintained
• Works closely with development team, engineering, operations and other departments in order to ensure technical conversion of product requirements
• Facilitate the delivery of qualification samples in compliance with customer requirements and specifications, and ensure customer approval is obtained within the agreed project timeline
• Facilitate and coordinate the product and process transfer to Operations, ensuring all required transfer data is accurately completed in the system, and the cost run is successfully completed
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams by providing technical information on products and processes and supporting product release strategy and readiness for market launch.
• Facilitate the resolution of customer claims and complaints in accordance with defined quality procedures, while coordinating with relevant departments to resolve technical issues and problems
• If specialist in an area of technical expertise the Project Manager actively evaluates, selects, and applies standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria to drive development projects

Profile Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Science, Computer Science, or Engineering or other technology related subject required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management.
• Comprehensive technical knowledge of RFID products and processes is highly preferred.
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point).
• Project Management Professional, SAP System Knowledge ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
• Fluent in Thai & English.
