- Manage end-to-end delivery of projects ensuring quality, timeline, cost, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, BA, etc.) for effective project implementation.
- Communicate, negotiate, and maintain strong relationships with key account clients.
- Participate in project planning, scope control, and risk assessment.
- Provide training, guidance, and mentoring to Junior/Fresher PMs.
- Regularly report project status to upper management.
