Job Description

  1. End-to-end project management for FPSO new build, conversion or upgrade projects, covering engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning phases.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with shipyard, design institute, vendors and client stakeholders to ensure project delivery on schedule, within budget and in compliance with quality & HSE standards.
  3. Control project scope, progress, cost and change management; identify risks and deliver mitigation solutions in a timely manner.
  4. Prepare regular project reports, conduct client meetings, and act as the key single point of contact for project communication.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering or related offshore engineering disciplines.
  2. 8+ years offshore project management experience, solid track record in FPSO new build/conversion projects.
  3. Familiar with offshore project EPCIC workflow, marine standards and HSE management systems.
  4. Strong stakeholder management, cost control and risk handling capabilities.
  5. Fluent in English, capable of full English working communication with international clients.
