What you'll do
- Successfully lead and manage projects within the Europe, the Middle East, and Africa
- Accepting full responsibility for delivery of projects from initiation to completion
- Reviews the project proposal and plans timeframe, procedures for accomplishing the projects, staffing requirements and allocation of available resources to various phases of the projects
- P & L responsibility with associated commercial and financial accountability including revenue and margin delivery, budget and forecasting determination, risk and opportunities reviews
- Negotiates changes to project scope or specification with the customer, follows change management process to identify and approve modifications to scope, cost, schedule, and quality
- Maintain agreed company systems that minimise technical and commercial risk for projects
- Pursue and develop opportunities for innovation, such as digitalisation and technology use, work share to bring value to Wyma and Wyma customers
- Guides and directs a multidiscipline team (layout engineers, design engineers, project engineers, electrical and automation engineers, service technicians) which may include external specialists and involve staff from multiple offices and sites
- Responsible for ensuring project team members are competent to carry out assigned duties
- Stands up for ethical behaviour and compliance with applicable laws and policies

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and flexible senior level Project Manager to work in an agile company with market leading products. Reporting to the European Project Delivery Manager, the focus of this role is to lead and manage European projects to meet/exceed customer expectations and ensure technical and commercial project success.
